Pie Baking Contest: 4pm
- Details: Bring your best homemade pie for a chance to win amazing prizes and bragging rights.
- Judges: Chef Adrian from Banyan House Restaurant and members of the Wellen Park Rotary.

Watermelon Eating Contest: 4pm
- Categories: Adults and Youth.
- Sponsored by: Venice Print Center.
- Registration: On the day of the event at 4pm. Limited to the first 20 participants in each category.

- Prizes: $50 gift card for first place, $25 gift card for runner-up.

Kids Foam Party: 4pm-6pm
- Details: Foamboree brings a fun foam party for kids. Don’t forget your swimsuit!
- Location: Lawn area next to Foxtail Coffee.
Kids Carnival Games: 4pm-8pm
- Games: Flip A Chick, Fish Pond, Tip A Jug, Pig Race, Duck Bag Toss, Maze Runner, and a 3-in-1 Game Trailer.
- Prizes: While supplies last.

Photo Booth: 4pm-8pm
- Details: Snap some fun photos with our backdrop and props to share on social media.

Face Painting: 4pm-8pm

- Details: Two face painters will be available. Note that lines may close before 8pm to allow artists to finish on time.
- Location: Under the Wellen Park tent across from Oak & Stone, 19795 Wellen Park Blvd.
Live Music on The Stage: 5pm-9pm
- Band: Whiskey County, a country band from Tampa.
- Sponsored by: Lennar Homes.
- Details: Enjoy the music with tables, shade umbrellas, and chairs provided, or bring your own lawn chair.

The Venice Theatre Story Time: 6:30pm-7pm
- Details: Enjoy story time under the Heritage Tree with the beautiful backdrop of Grand Lake.
- Location: Under the Heritage Tree.

- Details: Visit mobile bars for drinks and enjoy a variety of food from restaurants and kiosks. Many will offer a ‘Great American Picnic To Go Special’. Purchase a picnic basket for the full picnic experience from the Info Hub at the Blue Horse Trailer.
