Automated Car Wash Proposed for Village E at Tamiami Trail and Pinot Drive

Share

Construction is proposed for a new automated car wash at the southeast corner of S Tamiami Trail and Pinot Drive in Village E of Wellen Park.

According to submitted plans, the project would bring a convenience-focused car wash to one of the main entry points serving Wellen Park residents, nearby neighborhoods, and daily commuter traffic along Tamiami Trail. Automated car washes are typically designed for quick in-and-out service, using a single drive-through lane with minimal on-site staffing.

The proposed location sits just east of Tamiami Trail, near existing residential communities and growing commercial areas within Village E. As development continues across Wellen Park, this intersection has become a key connector for residents heading toward shopping, dining, and services both داخل and outside the community.

At this time, plans reference construction only, and no opening date or operator name has been publicly announced. As with all proposed developments, the project will move through standard county review, permitting, and inspection processes before construction can begin.

We’ll continue to follow this project and share updates as more details become available.
