Madera at Wellen Park Brings New Townhome Community to the Area

Share

Madera at Wellen Park is a newly proposed residential community that will add 32 single family attached homes to the growing Wellen Park area. According to a recently filed site development plan under record ID PSDP 25 04253 the project includes the construction of a full stormwater management system along with all associated utilities and internal roadways designed to support the neighborhood.

The development is planned along Madera Circle with homes situated around internal streets and landscaped areas as well as two onsite lakes that will serve both drainage and visual purposes. The plan also shows preserved wetland buffers and pedestrian connectivity consistent with other nearby Wellen Park communities.

The builder for the project is Simply Dwell Homes which is known for building modern attached homes throughout Southwest Florida with a focus on low maintenance living and efficient floor plans. Madera at Wellen Park continues the trend of thoughtfully planned residential growth in the area offering new housing options while fitting into the broader master plan of Wellen Park. As this project moves through the approval process we will continue to share updates on timelines construction activity and what future residents can expect.
