Set to open in spring and summer 2026, the second phase of Downtown Wellen is fully leased and will also introduce a boutique hotel, new luxury apartments, and a dog park.

What’s Next for Downtown Wellen
Phase II includes two new mixed-use buildings designed by New Orleans-based Trapolin-Peer Architects. Featuring a signature tower, outdoor patios, and 44,000 square feet of space, the buildings will house restaurants and retail on the ground floor with professional offices above.
Also on the way is The Wellmar Hotel, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property with more than 120 rooms and a full-service rooftop bar. Plans also include new luxury apartments and a two-acre dog park complete with agility equipment, open green space, and shaded seating for pet parents.
